So a lot of people come in and they say, “Dr. Bink, what does a chiropractor really do?” Often pain in one place is coming from somewhere else. So a doctor of chiropractic assesses the whole body for posture and kinesthetic movement patterns to determine the root of the cause.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor in Nevada?
No, you don't need a referral. Nevada is a direct-access state for chiropractic care, which means you can book an appointment with us directly without going through your primary care physician first. So if you're hurting, just call us. We'll get you in.
What should I expect at my first chiropractor visit?
On your first visit, we sit down with you, listen to what's going on, take a full health history, and assess your spine, joints, and posture. If we need imaging, we'll let you know. Then we walk you through what we're seeing and what your options are. No pressure, no rushed adjustments.
Can a chiropractor help with sciatica?
Yes, a chiropractor can absolutely help with sciatica. Sciatica is usually caused by a misalignment, herniation, or muscle compression irritating the sciatic nerve. We assess the source, correct the underlying cause with treatments like adjustments and rehab, cold laser therapy, and medical massage to reduce inflammation and reduce the pain. Most sciatica patients feel relief within a few visits.
Does insurance cover chiropractic care in Las Vegas?
We are Culinary Insurance providers, one of the few chiropractic clinics in town that accept this insurance. We also handle auto-accident claims and DOL workers' comp. Call our office and we'll verify your benefits before your appointment so there are no surprises.
How often should you see a chiropractor?
It depends on what's going on. You will also receive a custom treatment plan built specifically for your situation. So if you're recovering from an injury or in a lot of pain, you may come in more often at first, usually two to three times a week. How fast your body heals determines the length of treatment and how often you will need to come. Once you're stable, most patients maintain a monthly schedule to continue to feel fantastic.
