Medical massage is built into your treatment plan, not booked as a separate appointment. When we adjust a joint, the surrounding soft tissue often needs to release for the correction to hold. That's where medical massage comes in. It releases trigger points, breaks up adhesions, and restores normal length to chronically tight muscles.
Sessions vary in length and focus depending on what your body needs that day. Some patients get a focused 15-minute segment before an adjustment. Others get a full 30 to 60 minute session as the primary treatment for that visit. The therapist communicates directly with Dr. Binkowski to make sure every minute is targeted.
