The CIME credential is what makes an examiner's clinical opinion defensible in front of a VA rating board, a court, or a claims adjuster. It requires extensive training in disability evaluation methodology, AMA Guides to Permanent Impairment, and report writing standards that hold up under scrutiny. Very few chiropractic physicians hold the CIME designation.
Dr. Binkowski also performs Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) ratings for Workers' Compensation cases.
