Custom Movement Plans
Rehabilitation Therapy
Custom movement analysis and rehab plans built specifically for your situation. We watch how you move, identify the patterns that are pulling you out of alignment, and give you targeted exercises that retrain your body so the corrections actually hold between visits.

How Rehab Therapy Works at Back in Action
Adjustments alone aren't enough for most patients. If the muscles around the joint we just corrected are still pulling it back into the wrong position, the correction won't hold. So rehabilitation is where lasting change happens. We give your body the strength, mobility, and motor control it needs to maintain the new alignment on its own.
Every rehab plan starts with a movement assessment. We watch how you walk, how you stand, how you reach, and how you transition between positions. That tells us which muscles are weak, which are tight, and where the compensation patterns are happening. From there, we build a specific set of exercises — usually 4 to 8 movements you can do in 15 to 20 minutes a day at home.
The exercises change as you progress. What worked in week one won't be enough by week six. We update the plan based on how your body is responding, so you're always working on the next bottleneck rather than repeating the same routine forever.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to do the exercises every day?
For best results, yes. Most plans are 15 to 20 minutes a day. Skipping days slows progress and increases the risk of the pain coming back.
Do I need any equipment for home rehab?
Most plans use bodyweight or simple items like a resistance band or foam roller. If your plan needs specific equipment, we'll tell you exactly what to get and where.
Can I do rehab at the gym instead of at home?
Yes, if it fits your routine. The exercises themselves don't care where you do them. We'll show you proper form on each one so you're not reinforcing bad patterns at the gym.
Often Paired With
Most treatment plans combine multiple services for compound effect.
